Hope on Alvarado is an 85-unit steel modular Permanent Supportive Housing building. The project won a 2022 AIA Los Angeles Chapter award in the Affordable Housing category.

Hope on Hyde Park

Hope on Hyde is a 98-unit steel modular Permanent Supportive Housing building in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. It opened Summer 2023 and is fully occupied.

Hope on Broadway

Hope on Broadway is a 48-unit steel modular Permanant Supportive Housing building in the South Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Hope on Lafayette (Homeless Shelter for the City of Los Angeles)

Hope on Lafayette is a steel modular 72 bed Homeless Shelter built for The City of Los Angeles. The project was built on Lafayette Triangle Park in Mid-city Los Angeles. It opened in 2020 and is managed by The Salvation Army. In 2022 it won the AIA Los Angeles award in the category of Temporary Shelter, as well as the 2023 Modular Building Institute's 1st place prize in Modular Dormitory under 10,000 sf.

Hope on Avalon

Hope on Avalon has two modular buildings on the site: A 68-unit Permanent Supportive Housing building, and a 72-Bed Transitional Housing building.
